Chinese automakers expand their business in Zimbabwe

According to a report by The Herald in Zimbabwe on September 1, Jetour, an automotive brand under Chery, has officially launched its business in Zimbabwe, and announced plans to expand its dealer and service network to areas beyond Harare. At the same time, it provides its industry-leading 10-year or 1 million-kilometer engine warranty to enhance consumer confidence through competitive prices, advanced technologies and complete after-sales services.

At the launch event, Mr. Chen, Vice President of Jetour Auto South Africa, said that Zimbabwe is a strategic market in the company's African expansion strategy. In addition to Harare, showrooms and service centers will also be set up in Bulawayo and Mutare.
