The preferential policy on stamp duty for offshore trade business in Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone has been implemented.

On July 1st, the preferential policy on stamp duty for offshore trade business in the Zhejiang Free Trade Pilot Zone was implemented, and the first preferential orders were completed in the Zhoushan Area and the Ningbo Area respectively. Among them, in the Zhoushan Area, Zhejiang Seaport International Trade Co., Ltd. completed the declaration and enjoyed a stamp duty preference of approximately 570,000 yuan; in the Ningbo Area, Ningbo Guanbao Warehousing Co., Ltd. completed the declaration and enjoyed a stamp duty preference of 229,000 yuan.

Since the preferential policy on stamp duty for offshore trade in the Zhejiang Free Trade Pilot Zone was approved, with the promotion and service of departments such as the Zhejiang Provincial Tax Service, the Ningbo Tax Service, the Provincial Free Trade Office (Provincial Department of Commerce), and the People's Bank of China Zhejiang Branch, enterprises learned about the content of the preferential policy and the scope of applicable businesses in a timely manner. The successful declaration of these two reduction and exemption preferences marks that this preferential policy has been officially implemented in the Zhejiang Free Trade Pilot Zone.

Next, relevant departments will continue to provide policy guidance and services, give full play to the policy dividends, and promote the rapid development of offshore trade in the Zhejiang Free Trade Pilot Zone.
