Escorting Zhejiang-based enterprises to go global, the special training on foreign-related rule of law in Qiantang District was successfully held | E
At present, with the continuous advancement of economic globalization, enterprises are accelerating their pace of expanding into overseas markets. However, in cross-border business scenarios such as overseas investment, international commercial contract signing and intellectual property rights protection, enterprises are still facing complex compliance tests. As the "identity card" of enterprises operating overseas, foreign-related notarization plays an irreplaceable supporting role in preventing foreign-related legal risks and confirming the authenticity of legal facts.
On the afternoon of October 23, the special training event themed "Enterprise Going Global · Notarization as Escort", co-hosted by Qiantang District Bureau of Justice and Zhejiang Enterprises Global Expansion Comprehensive Service Port, and co-organized by Qiantang District Bureau of Commerce, Qiantang District Administration for Approval and Service, and Hangzhou Xihu Notary Public Office, was successfully held. This training specially invited Fan Zhengyan, head of the Foreign-related Business Department of Hangzhou Xihu Notary Public Office, as the keynote speaker to systematically explain the compliance needs in the process of enterprises going global and the practice of foreign-related notarization.
During the training, the lecturer started with the definition of foreign-related notarization, introduced its main uses, development status, as well as the circulation process of consular authentication and apostille for notarial certificates.
In the practical explanation session, the lecturer gave examples one by one around high-frequency scenarios such as overseas investment of enterprises, overseas project bidding, entrusting overseas lawyers to handle trademark registration, and cross-border e-commerce intellectual property rights protection. Combined with actual cases handled by the notary office, the lecturer explained how enterprises can prepare complete notarized and authenticated documents such as subject qualification certificates and power of attorney, so that notarial certificates can become legal documents recognized by overseas institutions, and prevent legal risks such as contract disputes and infringements.
The event also introduced enterprise-friendly and public-convenient notarization measures such as online application, green channel and one-stop agency service. This training combines government guidance, legal services and enterprise needs, responds to the rights protection and compliance needs of global-expanding enterprises in the process of expanding the international market, and provides legal support for enterprises to "go global".
In the future, Zhejiang Enterprises Global Expansion Comprehensive Service Port will continue to take multiple measures to continuously improve the capacity of foreign-related legal guarantee, help enterprises participate in international development with high quality, and fully escort "Zhejiang Enterprises Going Global".
