The biomedicine field includes 5 technologies related to cell and gene therapy, small nucleic acid drugs, and pathogenic microorganisms; convenient measures such as automatic licensing are applicable to external licensing modes that do not involve ownership transfer. The photovoltaic field includes 12 technologies related to polysilicon manufacturing, silicon wafer manufacturing and cell manufacturing; the technology management scope also covers key and core equipment carrying relevant technologies. The specific technical scope for public consultation and policy explanations are specified in Annex 1.

4. Other scenarios explicitly required for registration by the Ministry of Commerce in the form of notices and other forms.
(3) The registered information mainly includes: basic information of the technology export operator and the technology recipient, the destination country or region of export, the technology to be exported and its intended use, the estimated export amount of the technology, etc. (subject to the requirements of the Technology Trade Management Information Application on the Unified Platform of the Ministry of Commerce Business System, see Annex 2 for details).
