On July 6, a delegation from Madayn, the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates of Oman, visited the BRICS Special Economic Zones China Cooperation Center, during which the Oman-Hangzhou Enterprise Matching Exchange Meeting was held. Li Jun, Deputy District Chief of Qiantang District, attended the matching event, and relevant principals from the District Government Office, the District Bureau of Commerce (Preparatory Group for the BRICS Economic and Trade Cooperation Development Promotion Center), and the Zhejiang Enterprises Global Expansion Comprehensive Service Port participated in the symposium.

The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions focusing on fields including special economic zone development, industrial chain layout, intelligent manufacturing, and smart healthcare. Qiantang District-based enterprises, Kingdee Instrument & Meter and Wensli Silk, respectively gave presentations focusing on smart terminals and new-generation dyeing and finishing technologies.
