The special session on overseas practical operations and industrial park cases of the "Invest in BRICS · BRICS SEZ Academy Enterprise Empowerment Cam

On August 6, the special session of "BRICS SEZ Academy · Enterprise Empowerment Camp" themed on overseas expansion practices and industrial park cases was successfully held at Zhejiang Enterprises Overseas Integrated Service Port, gathering nearly 50 enterprises with overseas expansion intentions from inside and outside the province. The event focused on BRICS national investment policies, supporting services of overseas parks, and cross-border overseas expansion practical cases, helping enterprises tap into development opportunities in BRICS markets and unblock channels for information exchange and resource docking.

During the promotion and sharing session, the Qiantang District Bureau of Commerce gave a systematic introduction around market opportunities and empowerment measures in BRICS countries. The Shanghai Office of the Malaysia Investment Development Authority introduced investment opportunities in Malaysia, and interpreted its location advantages and policy dividends as a gateway to the ASEAN and broader markets; the relevant person in charge of the Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Park reviewed the development history of the park, and elaborated on the full-process services and resource coordination guarantees it can provide for enterprises investing in Thailand; the relevant person in charge of Egatee shared practical experience in developing markets of key African countries based on their operational experience in the African market; the chairman of Zhejiang Chuangqi Electric Co., Ltd. shared insights on overseas expansion of manufacturing enterprises that deeply cultivate the Russian market relying on product quality and contract performance capabilities; the relevant person in charge of Zheshang Zhongtuo Energy introduced practical thinking of the enterprise expanding its international footprint relying on bulk commodity business around its business layout in Thailand.

This empowerment camp event focused on key countries and regions including Malaysia, Thailand, Russia and Africa, carried out special sharing around investment policies, park layout, and overseas expansion practical cases, built a platform for resource connection and experience exchange, helped enterprises clarify the access mechanisms and coping strategies of different markets, and enhance their international operation capabilities. During the event, enterprise representatives visited the international reception hall of the BRICS Special Economic Zone China Cooperation Center on site, to further deepen their understanding and cognition of the BRICS cooperation mechanism.
