On August 13, the special session of "BRICS SEZ Academy · Enterprise Empowerment Camp for Full-process Comprehensive Overseas Service" under the "Invest in BRICS" initiative was successfully held at the Zhejiang Enterprises' Overseas Comprehensive Service Port. After that, Bank of Hangzhou elaborated on the operational specifications for overseas investment filing, registration and capital remittance, providing professional financial guidance for enterprises' cross-border investment and financing; Hangzhou Vocational and Technical University introduced the practice of international skilled talent training, promoted the integrated training mode of "Chinese + Skills + Culture", deepened industry-education collaboration to accurately meet the local employment needs of enterprises overseas; Zhejiang Baohong Jingtong Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. focused on global overseas warehouse layout and digital management, sharing practical experience in inventory control, cross-border logistics link optimization, pre-sales and after-sales connection, etc.; Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group focused on cross-border application scenarios of artificial intelligence, demonstrating the important supporting role of digital tools in market analysis, business collaboration, and efficiency improvement of international operation; China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation combined with the current international situation to deeply analyze typical risks of enterprises' cross-border operation, and put forward professional countermeasures and suggestions for country risk research and judgment and full-cycle management of overseas projects; Finally, Zhejiang Jinlaw Partners systematically sorted out cross-border transaction risks and compliance points in the international operation of enterprises, helping enterprises build a solid legal defense line for foreign-related operations. 

The whole event took the actual process of enterprises' overseas expansion as the main line, organically linked professional service resources covering talent, logistics, filing, finance, digital empowerment, insurance and law, helping participating enterprises further deepen their systematic cognition of the whole overseas expansion chain, and improve their risk identification and response capabilities for cross-border operations.
