The national overseas comprehensive service platform was launched to serve enterprises going global.

On February 11, the national-level overseas comprehensive service platform was officially launched and put into operation. This is an important measure to implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and improve the overseas comprehensive service system. The platform integrates service resources in many fields such as law, finance and taxation, finance, foreign affairs, economy and trade, logistics, customs, and trade promotion. It connects various entities including relevant government departments, industry organizations, service institutions, overseas embassies and consulates, and more than 100 foreign investment promotion agencies. The total number of columns exceeds 260, and it links 37 sub-platforms of various types, providing "one-stop" public services for 52,000 overseas enterprises, hundreds of thousands of foreign trade enterprises, and thousands of overseas project contracting and labor cooperation enterprises.

In recent years, the scale of Chinese enterprises going global has been continuously expanding, and the demand for high-quality and professional overseas comprehensive services has increased significantly. In October 2025, with the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Further Improving the Overseas Comprehensive Service System", proposing to upgrade the original "Going Global" public service platform to a national-level overseas comprehensive service platform. The original "Going Global" public service platform has been in operation since 2015 and has attracted wide attention from domestic and foreign enterprises. The cumulative number of visits to the platform has reached 480 million.

Next, the Ministry of Commerce will work with all parties to strengthen the construction of the overseas comprehensive service platform with the goal of enhancing the international competitiveness of enterprises going global, standardizing the overseas investment and business operations of enterprises, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises overseas. It will continue to promote the high-quality supply and efficient matching of service resources, strengthen government services, optimize and improve public services, expand and enhance professional services, and provide support and protection for enterprises going global.
