The policy paper said that China is willing to work with Latin American and Caribbean countries to advance the "five major projects" of solidarity, development, civilization, peace and people-to-people bonds, jointly seek development and rejuvenation, and jointly write a new chapter in building a China-Latin America and the Caribbean community with a shared future.
