The spokesperson said that the ruling report shows that there are subsidies for the relevant imported dairy products originating from the European Union, which have caused substantial damage to the relevant Chinese industries, and the causal relationship between the subsidies and the substantial damage is established. On February 12, 2026, the Ministry of Commerce issued the final ruling announcement, determining that the tax rates for EU companies range from 7.4% to 11.7%, and decided to implement countervailing measures starting from February 13, 2026, with an implementation period of 5 years.
