She said that cultural going global is not just a simple export of products, but also requires the synchronous follow-up of theoretical criticism forces to respond to practical problems such as narrative construction and value transmission in cross-cultural communication, which is exactly the original intention of the city's Federation of Literary and Art Circles to hold this event. The city's Federation of Literary and Art Circles will continue to strengthen the team of young literary and art critics, support young talents to play a key role in major literary and art seminars and key research projects, and respond to practical topics in cultural going global from a youth perspective.

Fan Zhou, Dean of Beijing Jinghe Cultural Tourism Development Research Institute and Honorary Dean of the School of Culture and Creativity and Media of Hangzhou Normal University, believes that the "New Three Cultural Products" going global is not an accidental export of several products, but a profound change in communication methods. Cultural communication is changing from the one-way acceptance mode of "display-watch" to the two-way interaction mode of "participation-sharing". He explained the path of "self-shaping" from three dimensions: the transfer of discourse subject, the innovation of narrative mode, and the reconstruction of communication mechanism, and put forward three key questions that need to be answered: multi-party co-creation and cultural subjectivity, communication efficiency and cultural depth, market success and value guidance.

Tang Zhesheng, Distinguished Professor of Soochow University, put forward "five pursuits for the 'New Three Cultural Products' going global" from five levels: core ideology, wonderful stories, adaptation premises, regional cognition, and communication platforms, emphasizing that the differences between the European, American, East Asian and Southeast Asian markets determine that a regional cognitive framework must be established for global expansion.

Yuan Rui, online writer, member of the National Committee of China Writers Association and Professor of Chongqing Technology and Business University, sorted out four types of overseas communication risks: translation distortion, single algorithm push, out-of-context interpretation of value differences, and secondary public opinion of fan communities, and suggested establishing a graded risk evaluation standard and a closed-loop resolution mechanism with multi-subject collaboration.

Wang Xiaoying, Professor of the School of Arts of Jinan University, pointed out that the global expansion of online literature has been upgraded from "text output" to "industrialized content supply chain output", forming a large-scale content production mode. At the same time, she reminded to be alert to the problem of excessive consumption of users' attention caused by addictive product design, and advocate the good use of technology.
