In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items and other laws and regulations, to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it is decided to strengthen the export control of drone-related dual-use items to the United States. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

For the export to the United States of drones, their key components and related technologies included in the Export Control List of the People's Republic of China for Dual-Use Items, strict case-by-case review shall be implemented, and no licensing facilitation measures shall apply.

This Announcement shall come into force as of the date of its promulgation.
