Announcement No. 29 of 2026 of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs on the Implementation of Temporary Export Prohibiti

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have decided to impose temporary export prohibition control on helium (Customs Commodity Code: 2804290010).

This Announcement shall take effect as of the date of promulgation, and subsequent relevant adjustments will be announced separately.
