Announcement No. 20 of 2026 of the Ministry of Commerce: Announcement of the inclusion of 7 EU entities in the export control list

To safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non - proliferation, in accordance with relevant provisions of laws and regulations including the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Export Control of Dual - Use Items, it is decided to include 7 EU entities such as FN Herstal in the export control list (see the attachment), and the following measures shall be taken:

1. Export operators are prohibited from exporting dual - use items to the above 7 entities. Overseas organizations and individuals are prohibited from transferring or providing dual - use items originating from the People's Republic of China to the above 7 entities. Relevant ongoing activities shall be immediately stopped.

2. In special circumstances where exports are truly necessary, export operators shall submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce.

This announcement shall come into force as of the date of publication.
