The rising prices of raw materials are hitting India's solar energy industry, with no immediate impact on power generation costs.

According to the "Business Bulletin", the soaring prices of major raw materials such as silver, copper, and aluminum have hit the solar power generation industry in India. The price of silver has tripled in the past year, the copper price has increased by 40%, and the aluminum price has risen by more than 20%, leading to a 3% to 15% increase in the costs of components such as transformers and cables. Solar power users need to pay more for the installation of solar panels, inverters, etc. However, due to the significant cost advantages of the energy industry, it is expected that there will be no impact on the cost of solar power generation.
