On December 9th, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) made a partial final ruling in the 337 investigation of specific polyvinylidene fluoride resins, correcting the names of the named defendant companies. Among them, five Chinese enterprises were listed as named defendants. The 337 investigation mainly targets intellectual property infringement issues. The result of this investigation may lead to the relevant products being excluded from the U.S. market.
