The 2026 "Silk Road E-Commerce Day" kicked off in Hangzhou on September 24, with representatives from multiple countries attending the event.

  At the achievement release session, Zhou Zhongguo, Deputy Party Secretary of the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Commerce, released the *Silk Road E-Commerce Cooperation and Development Report 2026*, which systematically sorts out the progress and achievements of "Silk Road E-Commerce" cooperation over the past decade. Liang Guoyong, Senior Economist of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, released *Investment and Enterprise Development in the Field of Artificial Intelligence: Global Trends and China's Experience*, providing references for "Silk Road E-Commerce" partner countries to explore the application of digital technology and foster new driving forces for e-commerce.

  In the special keynote speech session, participating guests exchanged and shared practical experience from the perspectives of local opening-up and cooperation, digital infrastructure, platform technology application and trade statistics.

  At the meeting, Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group, Zhejiang University City College, Guolian Co., Ltd., Fareast International, Lianlian Digital, and Yaowang Technology jointly released the Initiative of Bringing Services to "Silk Road E-Commerce" Partner Countries. The "Silk Road E-Commerce" Parlor located in Yuhang, Hangzhou was officially launched, which will systematically build service functions including policy consultation, information service, cooperation matching, AI tools, and brand incubation, so as to promote the two-wheel drive of import and export trade and two-way international investment with 38 "Silk Road E-Commerce" partner countries.

  As a series of brand activities of the 5th Global Digital Trade Expo, the 2026 "Silk Road E-Commerce Day" mainly includes activities such as the launching ceremony and resource matching conference, the "Silk Road E-Commerce" Exhibition, "Silk Road E-Commerce into Hangzhou" and the "Silk Road Cloud Products" Recommendation Week.
