Application Eligibility

Fresh graduates with a junior college degree or above from all over the world (for fresh graduates of domestic universities, the study mode must be full-time; for fresh graduates of overseas universities, their academic degrees must be certified by the Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education of China). The graduation date shall be on or after June 13, 2020. Within the application time limit, the applicant shall be employed by an employer in our city or start their own business, and pay social insurance in accordance with regulations.
Employer requirements ① Enterprises: All types of enterprises that are registered for tax purposes in Hangzhou and legally pay turnover taxes (value-added tax, consumption tax) in Hangzhou. ② Government agencies and public institutions: Government agencies and public institutions under the jurisdiction of the municipal level or the districts, counties (cities) (including government agencies and public institutions that are under dual management in the system and have completed the registration and certification procedures at the institutional establishment departments at all levels of our city). ③ Other employers: Social organizations, private non-enterprise entities, foundations, etc., whose certification authority is the municipal, district or county (city) level government administrative department.
Application time limit The application time limit is within one year after graduation (the application time limit for returned overseas students and foreign talents is extended to within five years after graduation).
