A reporter from China Media Group's CCTV asked what new achievements China and Russia have made in the field of facilitating personnel exchanges during President Putin's visit to China. Guo Jiakun stated that to continuously facilitate personnel exchanges between China and Russia, China has decided to extend the visa - free policy for Russia until December 31, 2027. Russian citizens holding ordinary passports who come to China for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, or exchange visits, and whose transit time does not exceed 30 days, can enter China without a visa.
