The China‑Europe Cultural Innovation Center (full name: China‑Europe International Cultural Innovation Center) was officially inaugurated in June 2025 in Hangzhou's Qiantang District. It is a private non‑enterprise organization supervised by the Publicity Department of the Hangzhou Qiantang District Committee. Founded by two returned overseas Chinese youths and leveraging nearly a decade of experience in cultural exchange and project introduction, the Center focuses on five key areas: international cultural exchange, international communication, international cultural research, international educational cooperation, and international innovation. It aims to build a comprehensive service platform for international cultural exchange centered in Hangzhou, integrating "online + offline" models and fostering two‑way interaction between "bringing in" and "going global."
