China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. is one of the twelve national joint-stock commercial banks. It officially opened for business on August 18, 2004, with its headquarters in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and is the 13th "A+H" listed bank in China. As a domestic systemically important bank, the bank's vision is to become a "first-class commercial bank." It practices its primary strategy of "deep cultivation of Zhejiang," takes digital reform as its main thread, and has built a coordinated development pattern comprising five major business segments: retail banking, corporate banking, investment banking, asset management, and cross-border finance. By the end of 2025, China Zheshang Bank's total assets reached RMB 3.48 trillion. It has established 373 branches across 22 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
