The Center for China–Africa Discourse Studies (CECADS) is an independent think tank and knowledge platform dedicated to fostering in-depth exchanges between China and Africa in the fields of understanding, cooperation, and sustainable development. Headquartered in Hangzhou, China, the Center also maintains a partner network in Africa and serves as the Official Commercial Representative Office of Nigeria in Zhejiang Province, strengthening Nigeria-China business ties through signed memoranda of understanding. CECADS focuses on multiple sectors including education, trade, investment, culture, and communication, promoting dialogue and engagement between China and Africa through conferences, forums, and cultural exchange activities.
