1. Background Processes

l In September 2024, the "Chinese Enterprise International Port" in Qiantang District made its debut at the 3rd Global Trade Digital Expo. It is committed to building a service system for enterprises going overseas that matches the "sweet potato economy", so that more enterprises going overseas and chain owners can gather in Qiantang.

l In March 2025, the China Center for Cooperation on Special Economic Zones in BRICS was officially established, marking a new stage of institutionalization and platformization of cooperation between China and BRICS countries in the fields of capacity building, policy exchanges, economic and trade cooperation, and standard docking. As an important part of it, the China Enterprise International Service Center started operation at the same time.

March 2025,The establishment of China Center for Cooperation on  Special Economic Zones in BRICS marks a new stage of institutionalization and platformization of cooperation between China and BRICS countries in the fields of capacity building, policy exchanges, economic and trade cooperation, and standard docking. As an important part of CESI, CESI started operation at the same time.

2. Introduction to the Center

The China Enterprise International Service Center aims to "gather global service providers and assist enterprises in globalization". It is committed to building a service system for enterprises going overseas that matches the sweet potato economy, and creating a service ecosystem for enterprises going overseas.

With the goal of "bringing together global service providers and helping enterprises go global", the Chinese Enterprise International Service Center is committed to building a service system for enterprises going overseas that matches the sweet potato economy, and creating a service ecosystem for enterprises going overseas.

Different from traditional overseas service agencies, the China Enterprise International Service Center is a dual-wheel drive model that integrates government guarantee and the market. It has multi-dimensional and full-journey capabilities from resource linkage, resource operation, service demand matching to overseas implementation.

3. Service Ecosystem

The China Enterprise International Service Center adopts a two-way investment service ecosystem of "1+2+N", including "government services" and "business services" to provide full-chain one-stop services for enterprises going overseas.

"1" refers to an integrated service platform that supports enterprises to "go global" and "introduce foreign investment".

"2" refers to an online and offline service system dominated by two major functions: "government services" and "business services".

"N" refers to N service institutions composed of "professional services + industrial services", providing "full-chain" and "one-stop" support for the globalization of enterprises.

Specifically, it is divided into two parts: online and offline.

The China Enterprise International Service Center adopts a '1+2+N' dual-investment service ecosystem, encompassing 'government services' and 'business services' to provide full-chain one-stop services for enterprises going global.

 '1' refers to an integrated platform that supports enterprises in 'going out' and 'bringing in'.

'2' refers to an online and offline service system dominated by two main functions: 'government services' and 'business services'.

'N' refers to N service institutions composed of 'professional services' and 'industry services', providing comprehensive and one-stop support for the globalization of enterprises.

4. Offline: One-stop Overseas Service Space

An offline service space has been established to create a one-stop overseas service space, integrating the two major service functions of government services and business services for going overseas. It is also equipped with multi-scenario functional spaces for activities, office work, negotiations and reception, so as to meet the needs of offline full-chain and one-stop services.

It integrates four content columns, namely "Overseas Periscope", "Overseas Frontline", "Overseas Vision" and "Activity Frontline", as well as four multi-functional pages including "Cooperation and Docking", "Market Information", "Overseas Dynamics" and "Expert Think Tank". We are constantly expanding and enriching new functions to comprehensively build the influence of the "China Enterprise International Service Center" in Qiantang.

There are not only country-themed activities focusing on key regions such as the Middle East and Japan to help enterprises expand the international market; there are also overseas practical camps that deeply analyze key areas such as human resources and legal compliance to escort enterprises in going global; and there are more special closed-door activities customized according to the personalized needs of enterprises, providing a platform for precise docking and in-depth exchanges.
