 The "Opinions" point out that in the field of clean energy, promote the open application of clean energy in the fields of railways, public transportation, environmental sanitation, heavy trucks, agricultural machinery, logistics, etc. Build clean energy vehicle transportation corridors, simultaneously lay out energy supply stations, and create an application scenario for the coordinated development of the entire clean energy industry chain. Promote the clean and low-carbon transformation of the energy industry. Innovate a batch of application scenarios such as digital and intelligent energy production operation management, smart grids, direct supply of green electricity, virtual power plants, and vehicle-grid interaction, and promote the construction of international standards and certification mechanisms for green energy.
